Privacy Policy

This page explains what USA Pro AI collects on usa-proai.com, what we use it for, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to keithbo@usa-proai.com.

What we collect

What you type into the AI Advisor or send us. Your name, email, company and the problem you describe, plus the build plan the advisor drafts from it. If you call or email, we keep that conversation.

Page analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page, the referring site, the country and the device type, and it does not use cookies.

What we use it for

To draft and send your build plan, reply to you, and run the project if you hire us. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Who processes it for us

The site runs on Vercel, and advisor submissions are stored in a hosted Postgres database (Neon). To draft a plan, the text you enter in the advisor is sent to the AI model providers we use (Groq, NVIDIA and xAI), which return the draft.

Our social media accounts

Our Facebook Page and Instagram account are run with our own Meta app, "USA Pro AI Publisher". It posts our content to our own accounts and reads how those posts perform. It does not offer a login, and it does not collect information about visitors or followers.

How long we keep it

Advisor submissions and messages are kept while we are working with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

How to delete your data

Email keithbo@usa-proai.com from the address you used, with the subject "Delete my data". We delete your submissions and messages within 30 days and confirm by email.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes and contact
